Amendment 64 in Colorado

Marijuana is finally legal in the state of Colorado. Voters fought hard to pass amendment 64 to be passed, a big celebration was held with clouds of smoke. Federal is still declaring that marijuana is still illegal but are working out the new laws that will mandate amendment 64.

Crenshaw High School football star who was shot at a Halloween party, critical but stable condition after a three-hour surgery. Geno Hall, recovering in the intensive care unit at California Hospital after sustaining bullet wounds in the left thigh, back of leg, buttocks and arm, said his father, Eugene Hall. He said his son had attended the party Wednesday night with several of his former football teammates when he and three others were shot. Jay- Z new album Young Guru

Jay-Z is prepping the release of a new solo album, his follow-up to 2009's 'The Blueprint 3.' His longtime engineer Young Guru is giving up some details on the forthcoming project, which he touts as a "concept album."

Young Guru, who has worked with Hov for more than a decade, praised the veteran rapper for being "smart" this time around.

"It's a concept that I can't talk about but I'm marveled at how smart this guy is," he tells Complex. "When he told me the concept, I was like 'Why didn't I think of that?' It was just so simple. It's not a concept album though. It's not like 'American Gangster,' it's not a Beatles concept album. It has a concept and a title, and the title and the concept fit him so well that people are going to be like 'Wow.'"

The Brooklyn rapper is also considering a sequel to 'Watch the Throne,' his collaborative LP with Kanye West that was released last year.

"Has been talked about but hasn't been executed yet," Guru states. "Definitely could happen. A lot of artists just say s--- too but if you think about it, this is just my opinion, the way I would like it to go-I would like Kanye to do the G.O.O.D. Music album and Jay-Z to do a solo album then they go out and tour and do all that shit and then next year, or the end of the year, we get 'Watch the Throne 2.' To me, that would be the best thing to happen. I think the G.O.O.D. Music album is necessary for Kanye to establish that brand because they need to establish [themselves]."
